Produced from longitudinal segment of longbone wall. Upper part almost wedge-shaped in section with slight curve. Upper sides taper very gently, rate of taper becomes more abrupt at ca. 13mm from point. Fracture surfaces are left rough until nearing point of taper when some secondary working becomes apparent. Final 7mm is worked rounded section and tapers to sharp point. Extreme tip of point is broken. Object is now broken into two pieces along approximate midline.
