Complete. Well-made, undecorated pin with 'nail' head and fine shank. The head is oval and flat-topped with a diameter of 7.5mm. Tapers in to shank. No perforation. Top is smooth and polished. The shank is circular in section and tapers from 5mm below head to 1.5mm at tip in diameter. Lower part of shank is worn and rough. Tip is blunt. Smooth surfaces and traces of polish, particularly around tip.
