Produced from longitudinal segment of longbone of large animal. Upper half retains a curved cross-section. Sides converge evenly throughout length to, now missing, point. Working end is triangular/oval sectioned, becoming more clearly oval towards lower end. Secondary working has taken place around working end as demonstrated by rounded edges. Surface is poorly preserved and fine detail of surface finish is not visible. Fracture surfaces in upper region appear to have been slightly smoothed.
